- It is very useful for anemia patient as it contains huge amount of folic acid

Mushroom in Bangladesh
- Straw Mushroom (Volvariella volvacca): It is possible to cultivate both summer and rainy season (March-October)
- Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus): It is possible to cultivate all the year round
- Kan Mushroom (Auricularia politricha): It is possible to cultivate all the year round
